A lot of Facebook users are noticing that the ticker is gone from their
homepage today.
The ticker, if you’re unaware, is the panel that shows every piece of
activity your Facebook friends are engaging in. It’s like the News Feed, if the
News Feed actually showed you everything. That means status updates, comments
friends have made on others’ posts, things they listened to on Spotify, things
they have liked, etc. All in real time.
